Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with an open layout and plenty of storage space. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the large desk with lots of sockets to plug in my devices. The modern, clean, and comfortable vibes really made me feel at home. The only downside was the some possible noise into the room.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious with an open layout and plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the large desk with many sockets to plug in all my devices. The facilities were excellent, and being on the 6th floor offered a great view.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and the front desk personnel were incredibly polite and helpful. It was a quiet and beautiful space with a great Juliet-style window. The service was top-notch, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area near restaurants and shops within walking distance to the city center. Though the dining was a bit on the expensive side at 28E, the lack of wide variety was a slight downside. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were lovely and spacious, very clean, and the front desk personnel was extremely polite and helpful. However, my room was in a corner on the first floor with a very small and narrow window, limiting the amount of natural light that came in.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The room had plenty of power outlets, which was convenient, but being on the first floor with a small, narrow window limited the natural light. The sound isolation was good with closed windows.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptional with a great terrace and view, although a bit cold initially, the sauna helped warm up. The service was very helpful and kind, especially during the busy check-in/out times. The location is a first choice for me, being central and close to various attractions. The dining was good, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the offerings. Overall, a great value for a weekend break.
The hotel is situated in beautiful Hamburg, ideal for exploring the main tourist spots within an easy walk. The rooms are spacious but had a bit of a strange smell, and housekeeping was minimal early in the morning. The service was fixated on making the stay comfortable, although a bit blunt at times. The location is convenient for sightseeing but not very close to the nearest S-Bahn or U-Bahn stop. The dining experience, while expensive, offered good quality food like local meats. The facilities are modern and adequate.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were warm and spacious, but in need of renovation due to many dents and scratches. The service was helpful and kind, yet lacking in some essential knowledge. The location was perfect, central and surrounded by attractions, but the dining options were good at a high price.
